Currently working with Viacom18 Media as Sr.VP & Business Head – Mtv Music Project and in charge of building a hybrid model between being a Music Label and Managing Talent. This is an intrapreneurial role within V18 and is a strategic part of building future revenue streams for the network. Prior to this was the Revenue head – Youth Cluster & responsible for delivering revenue objectives across all revenue streams for brand MTV.
He has been a part of the Media & Entertainment industry since the last 18 years with robust experience across print, television & digital platforms. Mandar has worked with some of the best organisations in the industry like Sony Entertainment, Times Group, Turner Broadcasting Network, Reliance Entertainment, Viacom18 and within these organisations, on exciting brands like MTV, HBO, Movies Now, BigAdda.com, Max to name a few. Working across such exciting brands in diverse roles across the revenue function has enabled him to understand the client-platform relationship deeply and his forte’ lies in building that up into profitable and long term partnerships within the media & entertainment ecosystem.
He believes in the essentiality of sharing his experience with young minds and loves doing the same. His passion lies in storytelling and in the art of using the same to drive business relationships forward.
